SLC Drywall specializes in providing framing and drywall services to Commercial General Contractors throughout Florida, on projects large and small. We have successfully completed nearly 800 projects to date, that range in size from $1.5 mil to as small as a few hundred dollars. We foster solid working relationships with our clients, evidence by our repeat customers of over 80 percent average annually.
All of the scopes and services provided are turn key including all materials, labor, equipment and necessary means to complete your project on time and under budget. We subcontract and typically package all of our scopes, however we are always open to splitting and sharing the wealth with others as needed to insure your complete success on each project.
Our scopes and services typically include interiors and exterior structural, and nonstructural, light gauge metal framing, interior and exterior drywall, rigid foam and/or fiberglass batt insulation with thermal and sound properties, Acoustical Ceilings, and FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels). In addition we provide limited select interior demolition and lastly we turn key Hardi Siding and in some cases we provide labor only for Nicheha siding, (with Nicheha, material is always provided by others).
