Sunliving was originally formed in 1990 by Dennis French, and after learning early on that there was still much to learn about the industry, he shelved it for twenty one years. He reopened the doors in 2011 and reorganized as SLC Drywall LLC. Now, with forty plus years of construction experience, Dennis is responsible for much of the day to day business.
SLC Drywall LLC is based in Saint Cloud Florida and services the greater Central Florida area. Geographically we cover everything from Palm Coast to Vero Beach and across the state from North Tampa to North Port, and everything in between. While this is our primary area, on occasion our crews are found on sites in Miami, Jacksonville, and as far west as Ft Meyers and the panhandle. Our subcontract division focuses on small to intermediate sized commercial projects and provide turnkey packages of light gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall Acoustical ceilings, wall finishes and select interior demo. Project types include attached and detached retail, hotel, motel, assisted living, and numerous other categories of medical facilities. Dental, vision, urgent care, group offices and veterinary hospitals. SLC Drywall averages 100 projects a year and employees skilled craftsman ready to tackle your next project.
